Case Study: Clinical Supply Chain & Logistics

Global Distribution Network for Complex Phase III Study

Multi-Region Distribution.

The Challenge

Tanner Pharma was selected to support a complex Phase III clinical trial requiring a coordinated global clinical trial supply chain across multiple regions. The study demanded rapid mobilization of a multi-partner distribution network to meet compressed timelines aligned to First Patient First Visit (FPFV).

Variability in regional import requirements, local logistics capabilities, and partner coordination introduced operational complexity. Ensuring regulatory compliance in clinical trials, while maintaining consistent supply and enabling on-time clinical trial delivery, was critical to successful study startup.

Our Approach

Tanner Pharma leveraged its established global network of qualified partners to design and execute a scalable clinical trial logistics strategy. By aligning regional expertise with centralized oversight, Tanner created an integrated distribution model capable of supporting multiple geographies simultaneously.

Existing partnerships enabled rapid activation of in-country capabilities, while ensuring compliance with local regulatory and import requirements. Tanner maintained end-to-end coordination across the clinical trial supply chain, enabling efficient distribution planning, risk mitigation, and consistent communication with all stakeholders to support FPFV timelines.
